 Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Preau Leather. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand how we can assist you:

 Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 Return Process:

Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photographs if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to ship the item.

 Refunds:
